You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for qualifying, unopened products.

Due to the biological nature of agricultural products, seeds must be unopened, sealed, and unused.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

■ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your seed packets must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened, untampered, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Any seed packets that have been opened, planted, or exposed to moisture/extreme elements cannot be accepted for return or refund.

■ Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@vegsow.com to initiate a return request with your order number.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship the items back to our processing center in Oxnard. (Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).

■ Damages, Defective Seeds, and Mistakes

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong variety of seeds. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

■ Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new seed variety.
